The Executive Suite we stayed in was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room for our family with three separate bathrooms. We appreciated the ease of getting taxis to the main attractions, as it was always just a short wait.

The city view, while nice, could benefit from better window cleanliness.

Not for the faint of heart

Everything you need for shopping is walking distance.. I was just blown away that they have a bus doing back and forth to el Haram, way convenient.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but it was still alright.

I stayed for 7 nights in a Triple Room and enjoyed the spacious accommodations and the welcoming atmosphere. The shuttle service to Masjid al Harram was super convenient, making our daily travels hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk, but there could be better communication due to language barriers.

The bus service needs improvement. it's advertised as 24 hours, but timings feel unpredictable and often inconvenient. Room amenities lacked a telephone, and the pillows offered little comfort. Some family members reported cleanliness issues, including unpleasant odors and insufficient towels provided for a quadruple room.

I found the hotel very welcoming with spacious rooms and easy accessibility. The location was fantastic—close to various restaurants, and the shuttle service made traveling to Masjid al Harram hassle-free. Everything was impeccably clean.

Improved language skills for staff would be beneficial.

i recently stayed for a night and was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of my twin room, something that was a pleasant surprise compared to my previous stay in mecca. the hotel offers a free shuttle service that made getting around easy and the staff were kind and helpful. overall, it truly exceeded my expectations.
